What is your turnaround time?

After you order, you should receive a proof within 1 business. You will have the opportunity to approve it or to make changes before printing. During my busy seasons, I will post a shop announcement if my turnaround time is significantly longer.

What are your production times?

After your proof is approved, our turnaround times for production are as follows:

Prints up to size 11x14: 1-2 Business Days
Prints 16x20 - 3-4 Business Days
Photo Mounting Boards: 2-4 Business Days
Canvases: 3-4 Business Days
3D Standout Mounts: 2-4 Business Days
Framed Prints: 3-4 Business Days
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes place after production times listed above. 

Regular shipping takes 5-7 business days, but I offer 2-day shipping if you need it sooner.  Please contact us so we can decide on the best way to get your order to you in time.

Do the prints include frames? 

Our print listings do not include frames but we offer a number of framing options as upgrades. All our prints with product upgrades are delivered assembled and ready to hang.

What is the difference between your paper types?
Photo paper: We only use professional photo paper to ensure the longest lasting and highest quality paper with the best color.
Textured Watercolor Paper: High-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper with a white, textured surface that replicates traditional watercolor artist paper. 340 gsm.
Smooth Thick Cardstock: High-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper with an ultra smooth finish. 330 gsm.
Why don't you offer digital files for all your prints?
We only offer a digital file for any print that is personalized. We do not offer digital files for stock prints.
What kind of quality can I expect with a digital file?
We offer digital files mainly for our international customers or customers who need something right away. With a digital file the customer is downloading the file and having it printed locally. The quality of the printing will depend on the print lab. Print labs vary greatly in their quality and color. If you have a print lab you like a digital file is a good option or office supplies stores tend to print better quality and color. If you want to make sure the quality if top notch we recommend you have us print your order and ship it to you.
How can I send you my ultrasound/sound wave/hand and footprints?
You can upload your file on the order page or you can send your file(s) to You can send a scanned image, high resolution photo, or an audio file for the heartbeat sound wave prints. You will have the best results if you take the photo in good lighting and straight on rather than at an angle.
I have a photo, can you incorporate it into a print? 

Yes, we can make a customized print for you using your photo and any text you wish to add. You can add a quote from one of our other listings or quote of your choice. 

I only have one footprint, can you make me a print with 2 footprints?      Yes, we can use the footprint to make the second footprint.

The footprints I have are poor quality, can you make a print from them?Often I can use most footprints. You can send me what you have before you place an order if you want an opinion if they will work. 

The ultrasound I have is not very good quality can you use it to make a print? 

Often I can use most ultrasounds. I can remove lines or marks.  You can send me what you have before you place an order if you want an opinion if your image will work. 

I only have a picture of the ultrasound screen when I was getting the ultrasound, can you use it? 

Most times I can use a picture of the ultrasound screen if the picture is clear and taken on a good angle. You can send me what you have before you place an order if you want an opinion if your image will work.  

Return Policy
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom orders but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Full refunds and cancellations can take place before I've spent design time creating your custom piece, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Do to the custom nature of most of my work, I cannot accept returns on custom orders, which is why I communicate with my customers extensively and send proofs for your approval to make sure you are happy with your purchase before it is shipped. I cannot refund or exchange products if the customer provides me with incorrect information, so please double check all information and look carefully at each proof. If your item is lost in the mail, I will send another one free of charge. If there is proof of delivery but you cannot find your package, I can send a digital file or send you another print free of charge.  If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately to see how we can work out a solution. Prints that are not personalized may be returned. If there is nothing wrong with the product, return shipping is paid by the customer and refunds are for the cost of the item.
